CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / GOODS RETURN POLICY
Product(s) purchased from our e-commerce site is/are should be examined physically at the time of the delivery in the presence of the rider. If there’s any issue with the product(s), it should be handed over to the rider at the same time and shall inform to the relevant merchant in order to take further action.
You are also kindly advised to log a complaint to one of the following contact numbers and obtain an ID number for your complaint about the follow-up.

Terms that the complaints will be considered.
Personal Care & Color Cosmetics-
- In case of a Pack / Product damage.
- Change of the formulation will be accepted in a situation where the appearance has unusually changed or when it’s in bad Odour. In a Special case – you are eligible to exchange the product(s) within three (3) days after receiving the product(s).
- Insufficient product Shelf Life – Short Expiry.
- In an incident of an allergic (T&C Apply)
- In a change of mind, the product could be exchanged with another product(s) / brand within three (3) days after receiving. Goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the goods that are not in a resalable condition.
